So im working on my website at the moment which i'm extremely exited about i am working on some exclusive typefaces, posters and t - shirt designs which will be available to buy direct from my site keep checking here for more information. Here are 5 posters i designed for a project at uni, they are suppose to be printed on tees but screen print room has been out of action so haven't had a chance to get in and transfer these to tee shirts as soon as i do ill wack them up!

JESSE ROSE:

Headlining this event we have a pretty exlusive and incredibly special set from this months IDJ cover artist, Jesse Rose. The Godfather of the so called "Fidget House" scene, even presiding over Dave "Switch" Taylor and let's face it, that is no mean feat considering the level of Switch's productions over the last couple of years whilst Jesse has been surprisingly quiet.

However, with a new wave of production on the way out, including the rather excellent "Take It To The Club" with Action Man (AKA Herve) and Forget My name featuring the boys from Hot Chip he looks set to become the shining star of the House scene he was always destined to be, IDJ's cover piece reading, "The jet set story of a new house heavyweight."
This man, now based out in Berlin, a strong influence in his musical style, plays in the UK only rarely these days so take the opportunity to explore a fantastic new venue to the rare treat of Jesse Rose back in the capital.

MATT WALSH:

Having shared bills with everyone from Tiga and Erol Alkan to Carl Craig and Ivan Smagghe via Klaxons and Dixon (Innervisions) Matt Walsh is Turbo Recordings superstar DJ in the making and our other special guest this fine November. Snapped up by Tiga after doing his thing in T-Bar a little while ago Matt Walsh has proven himself to be one of the best DJs the country has to offer. Alongside this Matt has also taken to producing under the name Clouded Vision alongside Steve Cook, see Bordinki's and Moby's recent 12" singles on Turbo for some of their more recent remix work. You will not regret it.

DANCEAREA are two DJs and producers from the Netherlands and have just been snapped up by Phantasy records. I had a go at designing the cover for their first release on the label. ill probably post some more designs and ideas up later in the week.

Phantasy is none other than Erol Alkans record label. Although it only has 3 release's put out so far they are all exceptionally good records. so far they have put out.

BACK TO BUSINESS ///

Ok, i haven't had the greatest luck at the moment with my Mac Book Pro being broken and then having my house broken into to find my beloved macbook pro stolen. This has set me back quite a bit as i had some real nice work to post up here but everything i had was on my mac on not backed up. Ill be putting some new work up very soon.

The picture at the top has no real relivence, its just a fucking cool picture.

I have been messing around with illustrator for a while now and decided to draw myself. This is how it turned out and a few people have said its very SO-ME. You may recognize some his design works from ed banger records. Later on in the blog i will be going in to more detail about SO-ME's designs and what he has done.

Welcome to This is not Graphic Design. About a week ago my beloved Mac Book Pro was brutally broken and a whole years worth of work was wiped off and could not be retrieved. Which got me thinking about starting a blog with new fresh ideas and generally keeping track of some of my work.

The whole idea behind this blog is just to post up current projects Iam working on but also to include other designers or designs I have seen out and about or I generally see as an inspiration to me.

I am going to be linking this in with music, as i am a DJ / Promoter. Music is a big part of my life and gives me the inspiration most of the time.
